Flight
The primary airport serving Northwest Arkansas is XNA, which is located about 15-to-20 minutes from downtown Bentonville and is accessible by Uber and Lyft. Rental cars are also available via all major companies at this airport. For those of you who might want to extend your trip and cross Oklahoma off your list, the Tulsa (TUL) airport is located about a 2-hour drive from Bentonville.
House Or Rental
Bentonville is a popular travel destination during the fall for mountain bikers, so there are plenty of AirBnBs in the area. They do book up quickly, however, so we recommend securing an AirBnb early and relatively close to downtown Bentonville if you're looking to stay near restaurants, bars and our venue. Additionally, the University of Arkansas is hosting its biggest nonconference football game of the decade the same day as our wedding as the Razorbacks will take on Notre Dame, so we encourage guests to book accommodations early to avoid competing with Fighting Irish fans.

Motto by Hilton is a brand new hotel that opened in September, 2024 and is centrally located in downtown Bentonville. Motto has an on-site coffee shop and restaurant and is a five-minute ride from our wedding venue. It's also walking distance to our Welcome Drinks venue.

The AC Hotel in Bentonville is set to open in summer 2025 and is a three-minute drive to our venue and a five-minute drive to the downtown square. This hotel isn't taking reservations yet, but should be a great option if it opens on time.

The DoubleTree Suites is three miles south of the downtown square and located just 15 minutes away from XNA. The DoubleTree is within walking distance of a handful of coffee shops and restaurants and about 15 minutes away from our wedding venue.

Located right off the downtown square in Bentonville, 21C is a luxury hotel with an art museum and a popular restaurant and bar inside. This hotel is the most expensive in Bentonville, but is also a two-minute walk from Blake Street, which is where our Welcome Event will be held. 21C is a five-minute drive to our venue.
