Early Check-In - Hotel Anthracite

If you're planning to arrive in PA on the morning of the wedding, the hotel will do its best to provide early check-in so you have plenty of time to get ready. However, early check-in isn't guaranteed (normal check-in time is 3pm.) If your room isn’t available right away, you might need to freshen up and change in the lobby restroom or ask a guest of ours who checked in the night before if they’re willing to share their space. Remember, the shuttle's arrive at 3:15!
VIP Shuttle for Groomsmen & Bridal Party Guests Staying at Hideout

Derick, The Groomsmen, Close Family to Kerry and Derick & plus one's of the Bridal Party will be transported to New Leaf Farm from their designated houses at The Hideout. If desired, you can drive to New Leaf from here. Only 40 people are allowed on this bus, mandated by PA state law.
Shuttle to Ceremony & Reception
3:15 pm - 3:45 pm

The first shuttle bus will be arriving at Hotel Anthracite in Carbondale at 3:15pm with two more shuttles to pick up shortly thereafter. There is room for 40 people per bus! Please ensure to catch one of the 3 busses to join Derick & Kerry's closest family and friends on a 10 minute scenic ride to New Leaf Farm. Here, you will get to be a part of the moment we've all been waiting for!
