It Must Be Love

We met on a blind date situation, set up by a mutual friend, who basically tricked us into giving out our BBM contacts. Remember when Blackberries were a thing? (and yes Dylan still uses one somehow!) Little did we know then that she was thinking we'd make the cutest couple. At the time, it was 2012, we both lived in Trinidad. However, Elizabeth was in the process of moving back to the United States and Dylan was teaching at the University of West Indies. Our first date, this blind date, was actually a jogging date around the savannah! Although it was more a talk-lots and walk-fast, than a real jog. The first thing Elizabeth noticed about Dylan was his bright smile and how tall he was; but ultimately she was drawn to how happy he was. Dylan says he noticed her pretty hair and smile; but he also doesn't leave out of his memory of that first date of her cute figure in lycra shorts! We started off as friends but then several homemade salad dates later we soon became much more! Not to mention Elizabeth wearing her "kiss me quick" t-shirt on the third date, which Dylan says was a helpful pointer at the time! Since then we have travelled the world, celebrated victories and consoled each other during hard times. After 7 years of jogging, wining and living around the beautiful Savannah together in Trinidad, they are now tying the knot! We are looking forward to seeing you all there! #herecomethekerrigans
