What exactly does “all-inclusive” mean?

Answer

Your room, food and drinks, taxes, fees, gratuities and transfers to and from the hotel are included in the cost when you book. The only thing you will have to pay for outside of that are flights, any excursions, or anything you buy in shops on or off the resort.

When should I book my hotel/flight?

Answer

Flights can be booked 333 days out (March 23rd, 2021), while your room can be booked as soon as you're ready! Please be aware that final payments are due in November.

Are there payment plans offered for booking the hotel/flight?

Answer

Yes! A payment plan can be found on the Destination Weddings website attached on the Travel and Accommodations tab.

Is there a minimum stay required?

Answer

Yes, there is a minimum 3 night stay to reserve a room at the discounted rates through Destination Weddings within our block. Guests can stay the minimum of 3 nights or longer, depending on their travel needs! ** Please keep in mind that we have secured the rooms already, so booking must be done through Destination Weddings. If you find a cheaper price elsewhere, Destination Weddings will match that price.**

If there is a room type that I would like to book that is not listed in the contract but is on the Dreams Resort and Spa website, can I still book that room?

Answer

Yes! Our travel specialist is able to switch out a room for the type you want if you don’t see it included when booking through Destination Weddings. Just reach out to Maggie and she will arrange this for you!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Since a destination wedding requires some extra time to plan for travel, we are requesting that you please respond and book by November 1, 2021.

Is transportation provided to and from the airport?

Answer

Our travel specialist will set up your transfers to and from the airport- this is included in the cost when you book. If you book your flights on your own, just let Maggie know your itinerary so she can schedule your transfers!

Are passports required?

Answer

Yes! Please make sure your passports do not expire within 6 months of your travel dates! You will not be allowed back into the US if your passport expires 6 months or less from the time of travel.

Although we love your little ones, we kindly request that you enjoy this adult-only vacation.

What is the attire for the wedding?

Answer

Beach semi-formal is appropriate for our ceremony/reception. This can be slacks with a button down shirt (no tie required, jacket/vest optional). For dresses, a short, tea length, or maxi dress is perfect. Shoes will be required for the ceremony/reception as it is on a rooftop. For the Rehearsal Dinner feel free to dress more casually.

What is the weather like in Mexico during that time of year?

Answer

Be prepared for beautiful, sunny beach weather! High 70's to mid 80's during the day, and high 60's to low 70's at night. Occasional storms will pass through, but they won't stay for long- the party must go on!

Is there a gift registry for the wedding?

We know that a destination wedding is a big commitment, so please know that your presence is gift enough! We look forward to celebrating with you!
