Passport Requirements

Passports are required for travellers from North America to St. Lucia. The island requires that all guests travel with a passport validity date of at least six (6) months past the date of departure from the island.

Guests are required to provide a credit card at check in for incidentals fees i.e., tours, gift shop purchases, etc. Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express will be accepted for such incidental charges.

Changes to Reservation

• For revisions received 45 days or more prior to travel: no fee will be charged. • For revisions received 44 days or less prior to travel: $25.00 fee will be charged per room/per change. All changes to reservations must be requested in writing and is subject to availability. If the revised reservation is subsequently cancelled, the cancellation penalties for the original dates of travel will apply.

Check -in time is 3:00pm and check out is 11:00 am. Individual group members may contact the hotel’s front desk the day before their flight to request a late check out. Individual group members may contact the resort’s front desk the day before their flights to arrange their airport transfer.
