Transportation from Hewanorra International Airport is included in the package cost for all guests of Coconut Bay. If you’ve made your reservation directly, please email flight information to reservations@cbayresort.com and we will take care of arranging transfers. If your reservation was made through a travel agent or a tour operator, we will expect your arrival. When you arrive at the airport, you will collect your baggage, clear customs and then exit through the one main door. Once outside of the door, you will see our welcome kiosk with the Coconut Bay logo on it; simply walk up, check-in with the representative and they will take care of your transportation to the hotel.
Check-in starts at 3:00 pm. Check-out by 11:00 am.
All of our bars offer a wide selection of wines and premium, top-shelf liquors. Heineken beer and the local beer ‘Piton’ is served on tap… No bottles. The legal drinking age in Saint Lucia is 18.
For Coconut Walk and Trattoria Restaurants: Casually Caribbean attire: shorts and flip-flops are acceptable. Shirts & Shoes are required. No wet bathing suits. For La Luna, Silk, Calabash, Veranda, and The Greathouse Restaurants: Smart Resort Wear: Not permitted: gym shorts, t-shirts, beach flip-flops, bathing suit attire, cut-off jeans, sleeveless shirts for men or baseball hats. NOTE: Dress Code in our Restaurants applies to Adults and Children Over the Age of 12
There are towel huts around the resort. The three locations to pick up beach/pool towels are Harmony Bar, Sand Bar and Splash pool deck near lazy river.
While taxes and gratuities are already included in our All-inclusive package, guests may choose to reward our staff additionally for prompt and exceptional service.
All prices at the resort are quoted in US Dollars and this currency is widely accepted throughout the island also. If you are going on any excursions, the resort team will be able to best advise you on the currency to take with you. Should you require EC Dollars then the reception team at resort will be able to exchange your currency for you. However this can only be changed from US Dollars to EC Dollars and will be done so at the rate of exchange of the day.

The voltage of most electrical outlets on resort is 220/50 Hz, so guests are recommended to travel with a converter. A British 3-pin plug (which are available for sale at any electronics store pre-travel) will suffice. Recent renovations on resort did include the addition of a single 110V outlet in the room; however, converters are still recommended.
Coconut Bay offers two outlets for our guests to purchase souvenirs and sundries during their stay. The resort Boutique is located on the second floor just up the stairs adjacent to Coconut Walk. Hours are 9 am – 10 pm Daily Ext. 4020 The sundries shop, known as the Corner Store is located on the ground floor at the end of the lobby on the left. Operating hours are 8 am – 10 pm Daily Ext 4022. In addition, two days per week (Tuesdays & Saturdays) the resort allows local vendors to display their arts, crafts, and souvenirs for guests to purchase.
