Please come join us at our welcome reception to kick off the weekend! There will be light passed hors d'oeuvres provided and a cash bar. Consider dining at a local restaurant before hand. Rain location is inside the K1 lodge - 3rd floor We cannot wait to see you all!

Gondola Running Hours

The Gondola will be running during the entirety of the wedding should you need to leave before the festivities are over... but we sure do hope you stay! ***A one way trip up or down the gondola take approximately 8 minutes *** You may request attendants stop the gondola while you are entering or exiting for your mobility needs. Unfortunately, there are no other modes of transportation to the ceremony and reception site. You must take the gondola but we promise it is worth the trip!
Ceremony
5:30 pm - 6:00 pm

Formal: Suits and gowns are welcome. Wedding reception will be held inside the lodge but consider wearing a light layer for the journey down afterwards and wider heels or flats if you are unstable on your feet. The terrain up top consists of dirt, gravel, pavers, and wood chips
Please arrive to the K1 gondola by 5:00 pm for a timely arrival to the ceremony.

Mountain Bike Party Lap!

Come meet us at the bottom of snowshed lift at 10:00 am to join a group party lap bike down the mountain! We will plan to send it down a green or easy blue trail with all the friends we can gather!
