About the Property

On the property for entertainment there is: - large pool - 20 person hot tub - Full Bar with Bartender ($100 per person for the whole week) *Not all guest need this package* - Hut lounge for watching movies - Pool table - Basketball court There will be a personal chef everyday that will prepare delicious food buffet style! *In order to stay on property ALL guest need to have the all inclusive meal plan* - Breakfast will be served every morning with common breakfast foods. - Lunch is served most of the day with light finger foods such as Burgers, Salads, Sandwiches, and Chicken Tenders. - For dinner some nights will be themed such as Dominican Flag Night, Mexico Taco Night, Italian Night, and so forth! For the all inclusive chef for the week it's $65/per day/per adult. Which equals out to $455/per adult for the week! Kids ages 6-15 are half priced ($227) Children 5 or under are free! Including the Chef there will also be a housemaid that will clean your apartment everyday, as well as security to make sure we all have a fun and safe relaxing trip! We really wanted to find a special place where we can host most of our family/friends in once place where we had access to amazing amenities for an affordable rate. Not only does this double as an amazing family/friend vacation, it allows us to celebrate all week long! We will have the place fully rented out July 8th-15th 2025. *Remaining apartments* Price of each apartment/week follows: Apartments can be shared with other family/friends to bring costs down. Max 2 per room. First come first serve. We will update rooms as much as we can! If you'd like to stay off property you're welcome to, but this will be the central location where majority of us will be. This is the place we highly recommend as a place for guests to stay. It is right next door to the Mini Resort, as well as walking distance from the beach. Guests are more than welcome to come visit and hangout on the property.
