Steamboat is about a 3-hour drive from Denver International Airport (DIA). Some may choose to fly into Denver, spend a day exploring the city, and then rent a car for the scenic drive up to the mountains. The route winds through beautiful Colorado landscapes—especially lovely if you're up for a little road trip adventure.
