We would love our guests to join us in semi-formal attire. Gentlemen, please wear a suit or blazer with dress pants. Ladies, a mid-length cocktail dress or dressy separates would be ideal. We kindly ask no guests to wear white or wear jeans.
We are only able to accommodate children of close family who are participating in the wedding ceremony and are listed on the invitation.
Please look on our website under the RSVP tab to fill out a personal RSVP form. Please RSVP before May 13th, 2025 so we can have an accurate headcount for our vendors and venue. Please contact Kenzie or Griffin with any questions or technical difficulties.
We have planned our guest list to accommodate the venue's limitation. Plus-ones are allowed by invitation only.
Since the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm, please arrive at least 15 to 30-minutes early to find your seat.
Us Coloradans know that our weather can be unpredictable. Daytime weather in Estes Park in July is usually around 70°F - 80°F and cools down in the evening to around 50°F - 60°F. Afternoon rainstorms are common, but usually clear up fast. In the case of storms, the ceremony will be moved to the venue's covered patio.
The ceremony does not have any seating arrangements, choose to sit where you feel the most comfortable. The reception will be assigned seating.
During the reception, a variety of food will be provided that includes gluten-free and vegetarian options. Arugula salad, herb roasted chicken, bison short rib, roasted garlic mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus will be served. Please contact Kenzie or Griffin if you have any specific questions.
