We highly recommend having access to a car during your stay in Moab, whether you choose to rent one or drive in. Moab is accessible by car and there are flight options through Canyonlands Regional Airport, Salt Lake City International Airport, or Denver International Airport. We are excited to offer a room block at Hoodoo Moab, located in the heart of downtown Moab. Shuttle transportation to and from the wedding venue will depart from the Hoodoo.

Memorial Day Weekend

Please note that our wedding will take place over Memorial Day Weekend, which is a very popular and busy time in Moab. We strongly recommend booking accommodations as early as possible, as hotels and rentals are expected to sell out quickly.

We are excited to offer a room block at Hoodoo Moab, located in the heart of downtown Moab. Just 10 minutes from Arches National Park and 30 miles from Canyonlands National Park, it’s the perfect base for exploring the area. **Use the link below to select a room in our reserved room block. Please book your room ASAP as rooms are expected to sell out quickly during Memorial Day weekend.** The room block is reserved for Thursday, May 27th — Sunday May 30th. If you would like to stay for any additional days outside the block DO NOT CHANGE THE DATES, please book the days within the block and then contact Kenzie or Carter with your confirmation number and desired dates so we can have the hotel update your reservation. Please be aware that onsite parking will be an additional charge of $15 a day. Shuttle transportation to and from the wedding venue will depart from the Hoodoo.

Driving Information

Having access to a car is highly recommended for the duration of your stay whether it’s a rental or you are able to drive in from a nearby state! There are several routes to choose from depending upon your starting point: From Denver, CO – About 5.5 hours via I-70 W and US-191 S. From Salt Lake City, UT – About 3.5 hours via I-15 S and US-6 E to US-191 S.

Canyonlands Regional Airport (CNY)

Canyonlands Regional Airport (CNY) – The closest airport, about 18 miles north of Moab. It has daily flights from Phoenix, Denver and Salt Lake City (SLC). It is a smaller airport. Please note, there are fewer car rental options as they primarily offer a limited supply of Jeeps.

Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC)

Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) – A major hub about 3.5 hours from Moab that’s good for international and domestic flights. These flights are often the most affordable choice. The airport also has access to a good amount of rental cars if you’re up for a longer yet scenic drive into Moab.
