Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail, such as a cocktail dress, suit and tie or no tie, up to you. Also, the sparklier the better!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We won't say they are unwelcome, but don't bring 'em. Let your hair down and celebrate without worry. We hope you'll understand our decision to make the wedding children-free.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There is a hotel at the venue as well as many different chalets, townhomes, and condos available to rent on the resort's property, which will include a 20% discount (min. 2 night stay). Staying on the resort also provides you with free shuttle service to and from the wedding venue and skiing areas.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of complimentary self parking available at the resort. Valet is available at an additional cost.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive at least half an hour before the start of the ceremony to get your cocktail (important!) and to make sure everyone is seated on time. *Exception - Clem/Crystal, Jim/Mark and Chad please arrive at least 1 day before.

Question

How do I get to the ceremony?

Answer

Walk, duh (the Slopeside Lodge is definitely walkable!). But, there is a free shuttle from anywhere on Seven Springs property. Don't plan on Ubering/Lyfting as they don't exist in them there hills.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

You can make all the requests you want. But seriously, if there's something important to you, please let us know as soon as you can and we'll try to accommodate you (says the Vegan).
