Join other guests before the ceremony in the Matterhorn Lounge for a Hot toddy or if your continuing Dry January into February we will also be serving coffee. Feel free to take your warm beverage with you outside to keep warm for the short outside ceremony!
Wedding ceremony
3:30 pm - 4:00 pm

Attire: Cocktail
The ceremony will be held outside, weather permitting, so please dress accordingly. It starts at 3:30 pm, so arrive at the Matterhorn Lounge by 3:15 pm to be seated before it begins. The event will take place on the Alpine Deck. To get there, go down the stairs from the main lobby, turn right at the bottom, and find the Matterhorn Lounge on your left. Proceed through the lounge to the doors leading to the Alpine Deck. If you arrive early, you can stay in the lounge to stay warm; we will have warm cocktails available to help with the cold
Cocktail Hour
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

After the ceremony join us inside to warm up with a cocktail! You won’t have to travel far, it will be located in the Matterhorn Lounge right behind the Alpine Deck (yes the room you walked through to get there) immediately after the ceremony.
Reception

Attire: Cocktail
Join us for our reception in the “Winterberry Room”. It is located up the stairs from the cocktail lounge. Make a left at the top of the stairs and follow the long corridor of shops to a second lobby and keep going past that all the way to the end where you see a set of stairs and elevator . Take the stairs or elevator up one more level to the where dinner will be served at 6pm. Then the dance party begins!
After Party

Join us after the party for more partying at "North America’s number one Aprés Ski Bar” according to USA Today. It is a walk down the stairs/ride down the elevator to the secondary lobby nearest the ice cream parlor you passed on your way to the reception. Take the stairs there down and go past the bowling alley and axe throwing to the door that leads outside. Go outside (don't worry its a short covered walk) and make your way to the annex that houses the Foggy Goggle!
