My sister, Stephanie, has been the most consistent role model throughout my entire life. She first began showing her sisterly love when I was just a baby - by feeding me bread while I fell asleep in my high-chair. Stephanie has shown up for me in ways I can't even begin to describe, she embodies everything anyone could ever want out of a big sister, and (somehow) more.

Dakota Ebert

Brother and partner-in-crime to Kent. Dakota welcomed Sarah from the very first day that Kent brought her to meet his family. He is most excited about having unlimited brownies for life, from Sarah.

Elizabeth Licht

Maid of Honor

Elizabeth (also known as Lizz) is Sarah's cousin (but has been more like a second sister) to Sarah for her entire life. We have been through so many adventures together. Kent and Sarah have loved watching Elizabeth and Dan's children, Dolly, Jackson, Cayde & Cassie grow up!

Austin Corley

Best Man

Austin (Kent's other partner-in-crime) and Kent first met on July 4th weekend in 2019 when Kent arrived to Fort Bragg. While there are many stories that probably should be shared at the bar - Kent especially enjoyed the times that they went "noodling" which included Austin's finger almost being broken by a catfish. Austin, Kent and Cole all deployed together in 2020. Sarah most enjoys intentionally mispronouncing Fayetteville to Austin!

Jessica Corley

Jess and Austin Corley (and their children) are Kent's second family. Kent first met Jess when he was stationed at Fort Bragg in North Carolina and spent all of his free time at their home. Jess deserves an award for how incredibly patient she was all the times that Kent and Austin got into trouble.

Colton Ebert

Colton is Kent's younger brother and husband to Harlee. One of Kent's favorite memories with Colton was during a drive home (just past Dead Man's curve) when Colton was 13. Colton lit firecrackers in the car when Kent was driving and threw them out of the window. Naturally, Colton missed the window and the firecracker exploded on the floor of the car.

Harlee is Kent's sister-in-law and mother to Kent's (adorable) niece, Lilah! Harlee has gone above and beyond what anyone could ask for in a sister and we truly look forward to watching Lilah grow up and grow into her recent promotion as a big sister!

Nathan Volgman

Nathan and Kent have been best friends since 7th grade, no matter how busy life gets - they always pick up where they left off. When looking back at Kent's favorite memories with Nathan, he recalls a time that they got a 4-wheeler stuck at his parents house and were completely covered in mud. In an effort to avoid Nathan getting in trouble for going home covered in mud, Kent's mom, Jenny, washed all of the mud out of his clothes.

Everyone needs a Rena in their life! Elizabeth introduced Rena and Sarah when she was in middle school. Ever since, we have never had a dull moment.

Don Reuter

Don is Sarah's older brother, despite their age difference, they bond over their shared sense of humor along with their sister, Stephanie. Don's favorite memory with Sarah was during a walk to an ice cream truck when she was 5 or 6. Sarah shared a secret with Don that when her parents tell her she can have ice cream but has to use the small spoon, she would actually use a big spoon, then wash and dry it. Then Sarah would go get a small spoon and leave it in the sink dirty as evidence that she only used the small spoon.

Cole Matoska

Kent and Sarah's favorite memory of Cole goes back to when they first started dating in 2021. During a casual conversation one night, Sarah excitedly mentioned to Kent that she was the friend of Cole's that baked and shipped almost 100 cookies (intended to be shared with his troop) to Syria during their deployment. Kent and Sarah quickly realized that Cole actually did not share any of the cookies that were sent. To this day, Cole denies any wrong-doing.
