Question

What is the best way to RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP through our wedding website by March 19, 2024. You will be able to RSVP for yourself, your guests, and other members of your household.

Is there a hotel room block for guests?

Answer

Yes! There is a hotel room block at The Drury Inn St. Louis at Union Station. Please use "Website" button under the Drury Inn Hotel section of the Travel Tab on the wedding website. That link will take you directly to the hotel block pass key website. You can book your room there at the special rate.

What time should I arrive to the Ceremony?

Answer

The Ceremony will begin at 4:30pm on April 20, 2024. Please plan to arrive no less than 15-30 minutes prior so you have time to get settled before the start of the ceremony. Architecture Hall will open to guests at 4:00pm. Proceed to the front desk and inform the attendant that you are attending the Shuman - Buxton wedding. The ceremony and reception are located in Architecture Hall, located on the third floor.

Can we explore the City Museum prior to the ceremony?

Answer

Absolutely! Admission to the City Museum is free on April 20, 2024 only. Proceed to the front desk and state you are attending the Shuman-Buxton wedding. Once you have been given a wristband, do not remove the wristband, as it is required for entry to the ceremony and reception later that evening.

Where do we park?

Answer

Parking is available at the City Museum for a fee of $15. Alternatively, guests are welcome to find other parking options nearby.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

For those who have been allocated a plus one, this has been included in your RSVP invitation. We appreciate your understanding as we aim to maintain an intimate atmosphere at our celebration.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our big day is Formal. We look forward to seeing everyone dressed in their best, adding to the beauty of the occasion.

Where should we send gifts?

Answer

We have set up a registry which can be found on our wedding website under the registry tab. We encourage you to send gifts directly to our home, since we reside out of state. We are truly grateful for your love and generosity.

Can we bring our children to the wedding?

Answer

Absolutely! We are delighted to welcome children at our celebration. Please include them in your RSVP so we can make proper arrangements for our youngest guests. In the event you would like to explore the City Museum before the wedding, admission to the City Museum is free on April 20, 2024 only.
