Emily and I first met in fifth grade and have been best friends ever since. From years of playing soccer and being on swim team together, to traveling to new cities and going on spontaneous adventures (like skydiving!!), to double dates and yearly sleepovers, Emily and I have the most fun together, constantly laughing and making new memories. I could not ask for a better, more supportive friend to do life with, and I am beyond blessed to have her as my MOH.

Can’t say that we have never caused trouble together and that our parents have become good friends because of it. My right hand man for any DIY projects, the one buddy who can beat me down the slope snowboarding, my previous roommate in 4 different places, and now neighbors and still the closest of friends.

Aimee is the little sister I wish everyone could have. She is supportive, fun, hilarious, and one of the kindest people you will meet. From sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom all throughout growing up, to singing ‘That’s How I Beat Shaq’ way too loudly in the car on the way to get McFlurries, to having the exact same humor and laughing at everything together, Aimee has been my constant from the beginning. My brother from another mother, aka the 4th Trimble sibling growing up. My first friend I met in kindergarten when we moved to California, we grew up down the street from one another where we were inseparable, and to this day we still adventure together, my fellow nature loving bud. Peace and love!

Janee has known me longer than anyone, since the day I was born! As my older sister, Janee has paved the way for Aimee and I since the beginning, offering advice, leading by example, and showing us what it means to fight for the ones you care about. Even though she can’t have more than one margarita without needing a couch nap, I love her enthusiasm and willingness to have a good time! Love you Janee!

He put up with me being roomies for 5 years during our long tenure at Chico State. We have always been there for one another and I can always count on him to come help with a home project, have a beer ready for me, and be up for a get together. His awesome kiddos are a heck of a bonus too!

I can’t remember a time when Laura and I weren’t friends. From the moment we met working at John Muir, we were work wives and workout buddies. On a camping trip in 2021, she said “I think you should date my brother Kent” and the rest is history. The fact one of my best friends is becoming my sister in law is beyond anything I could have asked for. Look out Kent, you’re stuck with us forever ;)

Ever since kindergarten, we have been up to no good. I feel sorry for the roommates that had to put up with our antics while we lived together for multiple years. The bud who can make me cry at any given moment from uncontrollable laughter. If you need help pulling a prank, he is your guy.

Jen and I met at the gym and bonded over our mutual dislike for burpees. We had our first “date” at Broderick in Walnut Creek and quickly became inseparable. We met Sawyer a few weeks later (also at the gym) and the three of us became besties. Jen is a once in a lifetime friend- supportive, thoughtful, intentional, and the nicest person you will ever meet. Thanks for hating burpees as much as I do Jen!

Since middle school, he has been my fellow car fanatic. We grew up playing Gran Turismo racing in a room together for hours and to this day is the first person I text when I see an awesome car. From playing golf, to chatting about construction, or to bonding over the Raiders, Jared and I have always had similar interests that have kept us close over the years.

Sawyer has to be one of the funniest people I know. Whether it’s roasting each other until we cry of laughter or listening to her tell stories of all the crazy things that happen to her on a daily basis, she never fails to make me laugh. Aside from that, Sawyer is also one of the nicest, most loyal, and genuine friends and I am forever thankful to have met her at the gym three years ago.

We solidified our friendship in early high school when we for some reason had 5 out of 6 classes together and we quickly realized we were both up to no good. Navigating Chico State together then attempting to navigate while we wandered around Europe for 6 weeks together, I can always count on Patrick to have a good book rec, a good house plant rec, or to just have a good life conversation with!

It all started with a hair tie! I met Julie in 2018 when I started working at John Muir. On my first day, Julie said she forgot a hair tie and I lent her mine. From that day on, Julie has been my work bestie! We have supported each other through a global pandemic, gone camping together in sketchy junkyards in Joshua Tree, hiked together in Yosemite, and now we are neighbors! So happy to have found a forever friend in you Jules!

Being friends since early high school, I can always count on Jeff for multiple things: making sure I look bad on the golf course, always knowing the best place for sushi, being a good sport when I trash talk the Niners, knowing when its time for a pool day, and always being a supportive friend no matter what stage of life we are in!
