Is there a dress code?

Yes. We would like for our guests to be our 'something blue'. Please dress garden formal in shades of blue.

No, only those named on the invitation are invited. Thank you for respecting our preference of having a small and intimate wedding with only our closest family and friends.

How do I get to the ceremony site and is there parking?

Answer

You can reach Wiseman's View by driving a unpaved road (Kistler Memorial Highway) through the Pisgah National Forest Linville Gorge Wilderness Area – about 4 miles past the Linville Falls parking area. It has bumpy spots, ruts and holes. Higher clearance vehicles are recommended – but 4 wheel drive is not needed. We recommend allowing extra time to get to the ceremony.

Is there parking for dinner?

Answer

There are several parking lots, and street parking located near the Argot Room located in West Asheville.

What will be served for dinner?

Answer

There will be a cocktail hour with passed hors d'oeuvres, followed by a plated three course dinner. Guests will get to choose their appetizer, soup/salad, and entree. OF COURSE, there will also be wedding cake!
