Hello everyone. There were attire suggestions on the RSVP section of our website when you completed it, but there have been a few inquiries, so we thought we would clarify. The Note that was included within the RSVP stated: Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits, ties and cocktail dresses. As you know, Kenny and I love fashion and any excuse to dress up, so bring your A Game. No jeans, shorts, khakis etc. It is an evening wedding after all.
Although we love the little ones, this is an Adult ONLY Event! (21 and over) We look forward to Celebrating with you and giving you a night out.!
If you are deciding to enjoy the night, into Memorial Day and are staying at one of the suggested hotels, there will be transportation. There will be shuttles to and from. All information will be in your hotel Welcome Bag. If you still want to stay, its not too late. Visit the travel page now to secure our Wedding Rate!
UPDATE MARCH 2021 Yes! We are moving forward with our wedding this May! We have spent countless hours ensuring that we are putting all of the proper protocols into place to ensure we can have a COVID Safe wedding. Some of the precautions we are taking include but are not limited to: 1. limiting the amount of people per table, (6 per table) 2. spacing tables apart to adhere to Baltimore County's Social Distancing Guidelines. 3. Adding outdoor, tented seating 4. Masks will be required at all times, unless seated at your dinner table. As restrictions continue to change, we will make adjustments as necessary. Please find below the link to Baltimore County's COVID Response. https://www.baltimorecountymd.gov/covid-19/index.html
We are asking that you RSVP by April 30, 2021. Please note you can make changes to your RSVP at any time through our website. We would love to have you celebrate with us, so if you are concerned about the current COVID protocols, please consider waiting until closer to the RSVP date. We will also make adjustments to that date if possible to ensure everyone has adequate information to make a safe and sound decision.
First of all, I hope all of you are healthy and doing well in the time of uncertainty. COVID-19 has impacted all of us, and yes, as much as we were hoping it wouldn't, it looks like we are going to have to postpone our May wedding. There are too many possible 'what-if's' and restrictions that could jeopardized our wedding plans. Between number restrictions and personal health and safety, the last thing we want is for any of you to feel unsure or to be unable to attend our special day. We are working with our planners, our venue and our vendors to figure out a new date and plan. We appreciate all of your well-wishes and positive energy as we go through this sad and stressful time. As disappointed as we are, it will be well worth the wait. We will be sure to let YOU know as soon as WE know of any new developments. Thank you all again and We will get through this.
