Transportation Shuttles
4:00 pm
Shuttles will board at 3:50 and depart promptly at 4:00 PM from the Sonesta Select Newport Middletown and the Sea Breeze Inn in Middletown. Due to limited parking, the shuttles are reserved only for the guests of the Sonesta and Sea Breeze Inn. The shuttles are expected to arrive at the venue at approximately 4:30 PM.
Ceremony

Garden Party Formal Attire
Outdoor garden ceremony followed by an outdoor cocktail hour and tented reception We kindly ask guests to arrive between 4:30 and 4:45 PM, allowing time to be seated by 4:55 PM. Please plan ahead for traffic and any unexpected delays so you can be comfortably settled before the ceremony begins. Transportation from hotel blocks will be provided. Buses are to be boarded at 3:50 PM. On-site parking is available

After Party

Following the reception, shuttle service will be provided to both the hotel blocks (Sonesta and Sea Breeze hotels) and the after party location. Shuttles are expected to depart at approximately 10:30 PM. The after party location is a 5 minute drive from the venue Late night snacks will be provided Two late-night shuttle departures will be provided back to the hotel blocks, departing from the after party at approximately 11:45 PM and 1:00 AM.
