It's a duo event. The pandemic cancelled our original love fest with food, but we'd already spent a pretty penny preparing for everyone to celebrate with us. So we called in our IOUs more than two years to make good on the original plan. Instead of a wedding reception we are having a marriage festival and since we bought a new house a month ago, we thought we show that off too with a housewarming! We will feed two birds with one seed, a housewarming and a marriage festival, get it?
Sorry with limited funds and space we had to cut our guest list down dramatically for our wedding festival, it's invitation only. We are really, really sorry we couldn't invite everyone, but it's not because you are not special to us.
We are dry people so our festivities are dry also. We also don't dance, but we do intend to have an unique and very fun experience. If you find that you suddenly can make it anymore don't worry, we will still accept your cash gift and love you all the same.
To the wedding ceremony? Nope, it's open and we hope to pack the place out. In fact to makesure this happens Kenneth has been inviting everyone he's ever spoken to (really KC?), but we would appreciate if you would let us know so we can makesure there's cake for everyone. As for the Wedding Festival if you received an invitation you must RSVP by your due date or your "ticket" will be forfeited and granted to the next person on the list. (By the way telling me, "In January, "I told you I was coming to everything" does not count. An formal RSVP as described on your invite is mandatory.
Glad you asked, we most certainly do. Zelle us at teamcook2020@gmail.com, or contribute to one of the funds we created here on Zola. And as always Cash is King! There will be a wishing well at all events. If you prefer to give a non-cash gift we have about four registries, you can buy something directly from one or get a sense of our style and needs from them. Gift receipts, please, just in case we get duplicates.
