Venue & Hotel Expectations During COVID
Liederkranz has a COVID mask policy.
Masks must be worn when up and about. If you are seated at a table you can take them off, but if you get up to go to the bar, bathroom, dance floor, etc. they must be worn. The wedding party only is exempt from this.
Dancing is allowed as long as masks are worn and there is some degree of social distancing. Couples are allowed close contact obviously.
For those of you that are concerned, we will have 2 tables set up with only 4 seats at each, that way you can social distance and be comfortable. Hand sanitizer will be available as well.
The Hilton also has a mask policy. Masks must be worn while walking through the halls, in the morning during the continental breakfast, you will be served some items. No mask needed while sitting at your table.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
For those that have a booked room at the Hilton, you have access to ride on the shuttle. The shuttle leaves the hotel at 3:15 pm from the Hilton and will return to bring you back at 11:15pm. If you have a child that needs a car seat, you must bring it with you or you can not ride on the Shuttle.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Please dress comfortably or bring a comfy pair of shoes. The Ceremony and Reception is outside under the Pavilion. A jacket or sweater is recommended. There will also be space heaters available if we need them.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The shuttle leaves the Hilton at 3:15pm for hotel guests. If you are driving to the venue please be there by 4 pm. The ceremony will start at 4:30 pm promptly.
