Please choose your dinner option. This makes it easy on the wait staff at the club! There will be a cash bar and Hors d'oeuvres right after the ceremony. *Option 1 - ROAST BEEF- Beef slowly roasted in lager beer and smothered in a hearty gravy made with its own Au Jus. *Option 2- STUFFED CHICKEN BREAST- Tender juicy chicken breasts stuffed with spinach, ham & cheese. *Option 3- PASTA PRIMAVERA- Pasta and fresh seasonal vegetables highlighted by garlic, olive oil and aromatic herbs, finished with Parmesan cheese and sherry. Can be ordered gluten free and/or without cheese for a vegan meal. *All options served with Leafy Garden Salad *Roasted Seasonal Vegetables *Double Baked Potatoes- Jackson potatoes with cheese, onions, butter, sour cream and bacon.
