Yes! We have arranged for transportation to pick up guests that have specifically RSVP'd with their hotel & indicated they will be using the provided transportation from the hotels (Hilton Garden Inn & Staybridge Suites). If you are staying at 𝐇𝐢𝐥𝐭𝐨𝐧 𝐆𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐧 or another hotel not listed as part of our wedding block, but specified you were using our transportation, 𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐦𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐥𝐨𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐢𝐥𝐭𝐨𝐧 𝐆𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐧 𝐚𝐭 𝟐:𝟒𝟓𝐩𝐦. If you indicated you were staying at the 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐲𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐠𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐬, a sprinter van will 𝐦𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐲𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐠𝐞 𝐚𝐭 𝟑:𝟏𝟎𝐩𝐦. We are at the max capacity for seating on both hotels, so please be at your designated hotel and on time! :)
Please arrive at Rancho Bellasante at 3:30pm to allow ample time for parking, shuttling up to the top of the ceremony hilltop, a pre-ceremony drink on us, and getting seating before the processional begins at 4pm.
Yes! Parking is available for all our guests, and overnight parking is allowed. However, we do have transportation arranged to and from the designated hotels (Hilton Garden Inn & Staybridge Suites). Please see the following question for more transportation information.
Both the ceremony and the reception will be held outdoors at our venue, Rancho BellaSante.
We kindly ask that phones and cameras are put away during our wedding ceremony.
Everyone knows we have a LOVE for pizza and ice cream. You wouldn't expect us to have anything else but that at our wedding. There will be appetizers served during cocktail hour, pizza and salad at dinner, and of course ice cream for dessert.
The dress code for our wedding day is formal garden party, including lots of spring colors, florals, and textures. We ask that ladies wear a tea-length or floor-length evening gown and men wear suits (lighter colored if possible). Please note that both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors. Ladies who are concerned about heels sinking in grass may choose to wear a block heel. Additionally, it may get a little chilly into the night so please plan accordingly.
Kindly RSVP by May 28th so that we can have an accurate headcount for the venue and catering. You can RSVP on the website or contact us directly. If we haven't received your RSVP by the specified date, we will assure you are not coming and will mark you down as 'not attending'
To ensure we can accommodate all guests comfortably, we ask that only invited guests attend our wedding festivities. You'll find the details about your party size, including whether it includes a plus one, on your invitation and the website when you RSVP. We truly appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you.
As much as we all know Hayley loves hanging out with kids on a day-to-day basis, we are taking a night off from the kiddos. Our wedding will be 21+. We encourage you to use this as an excuse for a date night and enjoy yourselves.
