Why not kick off the wedding weekend with a country night out? Join us for a drink if you are in town, and we hope to see you on the dance floor.

WELCOME PARTY

7:30 pm - 9:30 pm

We appreciate everyone coming out to celebrate our special day with us. So we can spend as much time as possible with you all, we will be hosting a Welcome Party! While we would love to see you before the big day, if you'd prefer to explore or rest, we completely understand and will see you at the ceremony

THE BIG DAY

3:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Garden Cocktail Attire: Ladies, wear light colored cocktail dresses, floral prints, dressy jumpsuits. Fellas, just wear whatever suit fits.

If you are staying at 𝐇𝐢𝐥𝐭𝐨𝐧 𝐆𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐧 or another hotel not listed as part of our wedding block, but specified you were using our transportation, 𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐦𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐥𝐨𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐢𝐥𝐭𝐨𝐧 𝐆𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐧 𝐚𝐭 𝟐:𝟒𝟓𝐩𝐦. If you indicated you were staying at the 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐲𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐠𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐬, a sprinter van will 𝐦𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐲𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐠𝐞 𝐚𝐭 𝟑:𝟏𝟎𝐩𝐦. We are at the max capacity for seating on both hotels, so please be at your designated hotel and on time! :)
