What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 5:30pm and 5:45pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00pm.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same venue?

Answer

Yes! The entire event will be hosted at Church Ranch Event Center.

Question

What's the wedding itinerary?

Answer

Guests may start arriving at 5:30pm. Ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00pm. Cocktail hour will follow at 6:30pm. Dinner and reception will begin at 7:30pm and will run until send-off at midnight!

Is there a dress code?

Yes, please wear cocktail attire. Our colors are wisteria purple, sage green, and gold, but feel free to be complementary in any way you'd like!

Is the event indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors (weather permitting). Dinner and reception will be indoors. September in Denver is typically very pleasant, but please check the weather ahead of time and dress accordingly.

What are the transportation options?

Answer

Multiple hotels are within a 10-15 minute walk of the venue. You are also welcome to drive and park at the venue. You can leave your car in the parking lot overnight for retrieval in the AM. Lastly, Uber/Lyft is always an option.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of free parking in their lot! And the venue says that cars can be left in the lot overnight and retrieved the next morning.

What airport should I fly in to?

Denver International Airport is the best option and is about 35 minutes from the venue.

I have a dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Food choices will be available when RSVPing! If you have any specific requests, reach out to Matt or Megan directly.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! There will be an open bar with beer, wine, liquor, and cocktails.

Are you registered? Where?

Our registry here on Zola is complete and has some options through their registry, as well as options for purchase on other websites (Crate & Barrel, World Market, Etsy, and Polish Pottery).

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you received a plus one, they'll be specifically listed when you RSVP on the website.

Do I need to rent a car?

Answer

It is not necessary, but is highly recommended. Our welcome event and day-after hangout will not be within walking distance from the recommended hotels, but it is easy enough to take Uber/Lyft/rideshare. There are some restaurants in Westminster that are walkable from the recommended hotels.
