When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive by 4 pm. The ceremony will take place in the meadow at 4:30 pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes - our dress code is black tie. We ask that men wear a tuxedo or dark-colored suit, and that women wear full-length evening gowns or formal midi-length dresses. Summer-friendly fabrics and colorful looks are encouraged.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation is addressed to one guest, you are welcome to bring a plus-one. If your invitation includes your partner or family, we are only able to accommodate those specifically named on the invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Absolutely! We would love to celebrate with your little ones. We just ask that you include them on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly for meals and seating, and that children are supervised during the ceremony so the moment can remain special for everyone.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes! Please let us know about any food allergies when you RSVP.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. The ceremony and reception will both take place at the same venue, so there will be no need to move your car. There is a small parking lot available, but we recommend using rideshare if possible. Shuttle transportation from Wild Basin after the reception will also be provided to all hotel blocks.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will be providing shuttle transportation from Wild Basin after the reception to all hotel blocks. Transportation to the venue will not be provided, so we kindly ask guests to plan accordingly for arrival.
