Is RSVP required?

Answer

Yes, we ask that everyone who plans to attend submit an RSVP so we can have a head count for preparation and planning.

Where will the ceremony and reception occur?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and reception will take place at The City Club at Gibson Mill. The address is 325 McGill Avenue NW Suite 150, Concord , NC 28027. Our ceremony and reception will be indoors.

Are children allowed?

Answer

Even though we love your sweet kids, we thought you might like a night off. Our wedding will be kid-free unless previously discussed. We thank you for understanding, and we look forward to your attendance.

What time should guest arrive?

Answer

Guest arrival starts promptly at 3:15pm. Free parking is available at the venue. Ceremony will begin at 3:45pm. We ask that you please try to be on time to ensure you are not entering when the wedding begins and the wedding party starts to make their way down the aisle.

What is the dress code for this event?

We ask that guest to wear Neutral and Earth Tone colors except White and Cream. Please refer to the picture within the Gallery on the website!

What if I cannot attend?

We will miss you! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate your response on our RSVP tab, so we can plan accordingly.

Will alcohol be provided?

Answer

Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages on the premise. However, Alcohol will be available for purchase on the premises by the venue staff.

Are there hotel blocks for this event?

Answer

Yes, please refer to the travel header within the website to see the following hotels that we have blocks with. We currently have three hotels (First Come Serve- 10 rooms per hotel) that can be booked for our wedding with a special link or you can call the specific hotel and give them our names. If more rooms are needed, please let us know so that we can add more rooms!
