What is the best way to RSVP?

We will be sending formal invitations by mail. Please mail back your RSVP card by 10/31/23.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
You may arrive at the venue as early as 4:30 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5 PM.

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place indoors.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
As many of you know, New England weather is unpredictable. Expect temperatures in the mid 30s. We are hoping for a mild winter day, but please dress accordingly.

What will your wedding-day timeline look like?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 5 PM followed immediately by cocktail hour. The reception will end by 10 PM. After the reception, please join us at the 1606 Bar in Beauport Hotel for after party cocktails!

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
Answer
Yes! Cruiseport has ample parking available on site and valet service.
Question
Will transportation be provided?
Answer
Yes! A trolley will be available at Beauport Hotel at 4:30 PM to take you to the wedding venue. The trolley will take you back to the hotel from the wedding venue at about 10:30 PM. There is also parking on site if you prefer to drive.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
Answer
Yes! We will have vegetarian options and please include any allergies on your RSVP.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?
Answer
Please keep phones away during the ceremony. Our photographer will be capturing pictures of everyone during the ceremony.

Yes! Please join us back at Beauport Hotel lobby for late night drinks & pizza!
