We have been together for over five years now. Those years have been full of adventures and lots and lots of laughs. We’re both major cinephiles, and addicts of the Office. It must be stated that while yes, we can be serious in moments that require it, our humorous side will always prevail. And so without further gilding the lily and with no more ado. Are you watching closely? The fusing of two metals with a hot torch. A tale as old as time, watch as we go the distance, and be our guest. And remember. On a November night, under the rouse of a lost wallet and dinner with Kedron's family, we drove to the middle of nowhere, while discussing Star Wars theories, to a riverfront cabin. While I was waiting for him to "find his lost wallet", I received a text to check the console of his car for his "lost wallet" only to find a note that said, "follow the lights". I turn to look out the window and a light path appeared. I honestly debated whether or not to follow the lights. I mean, we are out in the middle of nowhere, pitch black, literally can't see anything and he wants me to follow random lights...come on Ked, get real! Anyway, I'm walking down the path and round a corner to a beautiful porch decorated with lights and Kedron kneeled down inside a heart made of twinkling lights. Kedron asked that one question all girls dream of hearing, "Kendra McCleary, will you marry me?" and all I could say was, "For real?" I was completely surprised. The proposal was better than anything I could have imagined. I'm very happy I decided to risk getting murdered.
