How and when do we RSVP?

Our RSVP deadline has passed! We are so excited to see and celebrate with everyone very soon!!

Ceremony seating time and start time?

Answer

The theater space will open for seating at 3:45pm with the ceremony itself starting at 4:30pm. Please don't be late :)

Question

What will our Cocktail hour and bar services look like?

Answer

Yes, we will have a cocktail hour with both beer and wine options along with 1919 root beer following the ceremony. After cocktail hour, it will become a cash bar for the remainder of the night. We will have drink options for all ages :) NOTE: The bar will not be able to take card payments, only cash will be accepted.

Is the wedding venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes! There is an elevator in the lobby and everything is fully wheelchair accessible.

Parking at the venue

Answer

This is DL - so there is plenty of free parking on site at the Historic Holmes Theatre & Ballroom! ;)

Is there a shuttle to/from the hotel and wedding venue?

Answer

No...again, this is DL. The hotel and theatre are about 1 mile apart. There are Lyft drivers in the DL area if you need transportation options.

Can we take pictures at the wedding with our phone?

Answer

Yes - we'd love you to take pictures (and even more if you share them with us!) But please respect the photographer and also refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony.

Will there be options to accommodate dietary restrictions?

Answer

Yes, we will have vegetarian and gluten-free options for dinner.
