Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport
The nearest airport is Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP), located about 20 minutes from the beachside hotel. Major airlines like Delta, Southwest, and American offer regular service to ECP. ECP is a small regional airport that’s easy to navigate, but flight options may be limited — we recommend booking early for the best availability. If you prefer more flexibility, Destin–Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) is another option, about 1 hour and 45 minutes away. We suggest planning to arrive by early afternoon on Monday, October 6 to allow time to check in and relax before the welcome bonfire that evening.

If you prefer a vacation rental (Airbnb or Vrbo), we recommend booking near Front Beach Road to stay close to the main events. Panama City Beach is spread out, so staying within a 10-minute radius of SpringHill Suites will make transportation easier.
