We recommend arriving by Monday, October 6 in the early afternoon at the latest. Our welcome bonfire is that evening, and the wedding takes place on Tuesday, October 7. Most guests will depart Wednesday, October 8, but feel free to extend your stay and enjoy the beach!
Rental cars are helpful but not required. If you’re staying at the host hotel or nearby, rideshares like Uber and Lyft are available. If you plan to explore the area or are staying in an Airbnb farther from the venue, a rental car is recommended.
We’ve reserved a hotel block at SpringHill Suites Panama City Beach Beachfront. Details and booking links can be found in the Travel section of this site. Vacation rentals are also a great option — we recommend staying within 10 minutes of the hotel.
We recommend light, breathable fabrics — linen suits, maxi dresses, dressy jumpsuits — and footwear that’s comfortable on sand (flat sandals or block heels over stilettos). See the Schedule section for more details by event.
Yes — our ceremony will take place on the beach. Please dress accordingly and be mindful of your footwear. There will be signage and ushers helping guide you to the exact spot when you arrive.
Panama City Beach is warm and humid in early October — typically mid-80s during the day and mid-60s in the evenings. We suggest packing layers for nighttime, sunscreen for the day, and maybe a light wrap or jacket for post-sunset events.
All events are within close proximity. We’ll be coordinating informal carpooling and rideshares, but no formal shuttle service will be provided. Let us know if you’d like help connecting with other guests.
While children are welcome, we kindly suggest this be a weekend for the adults to relax and let loose. Please note that events and venues are geared toward a grown-up celebration, and childcare is not provided.
Your presence means the world to us! Instead of a traditional registry, we’ve created a honeymoon fund. You can find the details under the Registry tab.
The morning and early afternoon of Tuesday, October 7 are open for you to relax, explore, or enjoy the beach. We encourage you to soak up the day — check out the Things To Do tab for local recommendations. Formal festivities begin late afternoon with the ceremony.
