I’ve known Elyssa since kindergarten, and from the very beginning, she’s felt like a sister to me. Growing up just down the street from each other, we spent countless days playing outside, having sleepovers, going on family vacations, and making the best memories together. Through every stage of life, she’s been a constant. She’s one of the kindest, most easygoing people I know, and being friends with her is so effortless—we don’t have to talk every day to know how much we care about each other. It was such an honor to stand by her side as her maid of honor, and I can’t wait to have her by mine on my special day.

Having Evan as my best man was almost as easy as asking Kendra to marry me. I’ve known him practically my whole life. Our dads coached together before, which meant our families knew each other well and brought us even closer growing up. As an only child, he’s the closest thing I’ve ever had to a brother. We’ve always been competitive, pushing each other like brothers do, and that competitive spirit has followed us through life. He’s one of the reasons I met my future wife, and I couldn’t ask for a more loyal, dependable, and all around great friend to stand by my side.

Emma has been one of my closest friends since freshman year of high school. I owe her more than just our friendship because she’s one of the main reasons I crossed paths with Cam. We’ve been through it all together. From our silly fights like sisters to the best adventures and she’s been there for me through so many highs and lows. Being friends with Emma means there’s never a dull moment. She’ll have you laughing one minute and giving the best therapy sessions the next. She’ll always be one of my favorite reality TV viewing partners and one of my favorite people.

I met Brendan as freshman in high school, where we played baseball together. After high school, we’ve continued to stay close. From parties at his house to softball games and nights out. The Xbox battles are still alive and well, especially when it comes to Madden…which I still carry him of course.

Mikayla, my oldest sister, has always been someone I’ve looked up to. I admire how driven, smart, and adventurous she is. She loves to coach me on how to perform better in pickleball and any other thing she’s good at for that matter. No matter how busy her on the go life gets, I know that if I need her, she’d be there in a heartbeat. I’m so grateful to have her not just as a sister, but as a constant support in my life.

Being sisters means sharing a lifetime of memories, and I’m grateful that every season of life has brought us even closer. She’s one of the first people I call on my drive home from work, and she’s always the person I turn to for advice. Lindsey has one of the kindest hearts of anyone I know, and I love her even more for blessing me with my first perfect nephew, Israel. I couldn’t imagine standing up there without her. She’s supported me through every milestone, and I know she’ll be right there supporting me as I start this next chapter in marriage.

I met Lynsey in X-ray school in 2020. Together, we got through one of the hardest times of our lives, and I’ll always cherish the friendship that grew from it. Lynsey is hilarious, sarcastic, and always manages to make me laugh. She’s seen Cam and I’s relationship blossom from the very beginning, and she’s always been there to cheer us on. She listens to all my stories and problems, and I’m there for her in the same way. She’s one of the most loyal and reliable friends I could ever ask for.

I met Jake through shop at Voc and played baseball with him all through high school. We quickly became close, and it’s easy to see where he gets it from as he comes from such a great family. Jake is one of the most genuine people I know. Even with him being in Philly now, we still stay in touch and pick up right where we left off every time.

Growing up, my cousin Chelsea was more like a sister to me. I have always admired her great personality, sense of humor, and of course, her amazing style. Some of my favorite memories are the sleepovers we had as little kids, making up dances, and learning the words to songs on YouTube to perform in front of our parents. I was so honored to be in her wedding, and I feel incredibly lucky to have her in my life as both a cousin and a lifelong friend.
