Austin-Bergstrom International Airport

Most guests will fly into Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS), which is about a 20-minute drive from downtown Austin. Uber and Lyft are easy and reliable options for getting from the airport to your hotel or Airbnb. Taxis and rental cars are also available if needed, but most guests won't need a car once they're downtown.

We have secured discounted stays at Hotel Van Zandt, located in the heart of downtown Austin. The discounted rate is $199/night. For those staying at the hotel, the shuttle to the wedding venue will pick up from the hotel lobby on the wedding day. Use the link below when reserving your room. Transportation & Getting to the Venue

May 9, 2026 4:15 pm - 11:00 pm

Shuttles will be provided on the wedding day for all guests, departing from the Hotel Van Zandt. Shuttles leave promptly at 4:30 pm (please meet in the lobby by 4:15 pm). Return shuttles back to the hotel will also be available after the reception. If you prefer, rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are widely available and convenient. If you’re driving, parking will be available at the venue.
