Can I bring my kids?
Answer
We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you can enjoy a night off and celebrate with us.

Is there transportation to the venue?
Answer
Yes! A shuttle will pick up from the hotel lobby on the wedding day and take guests to the venue. There will also be a shuttle back to the hotel after the reception.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
If you’re taking the shuttle, just arrive in the Hotel Van Zandt lobby at the designated departure time (to be announced). If you’re driving or using Uber/Lyft, we recommend arriving at the venue about 30 minutes before the ceremony to get settled and find your seat.

What should I wear?
Answer
Garden-inspired cocktail attire. The ceremony will be outdoors in a garden setting, so we recommend avoiding stilettos and wearing shoes comfortable for walking on grass.

What’s the weather like in Austin in May?
Answer
Typically warm and sunny, with average highs in the 80s and lows in the 60s. We recommend light fabrics for the outdoor ceremony.

Are there events the night before or after the wedding?
