Question

RSVPs

Answer

Q: How do I RSVP? A: You can RSVP via our wedding website! Simply click on the RSVP tab, enter your name, and indicate your attendance for the listed events. Q: What is the RSVP deadline? A: Please RSVP no later than July 31, 2026 to ensure we can accommodate everyone comfortably. If we do not have your RSVP by that date, we will consider it an indication that you will not be attending. Q: Can I change my RSVP? A: If you need to change your RSVP before the deadline, please contact us directly using the email address vanallen.williams.2026@gmail.com

Question

Plus-Ones & Children

Answer

Q: Can I bring a plus-one? A: Due to our venue's capacity limit, we can only accommodate so many guests. If your RSVP search only contains your name, we are not able to accommodate a plus-one at this time. If the RSVP status of any guest changes, please contact us directly at vanallen.williams.2026@gmail.com. We appreciate your understanding! Q: Are children invited? A: We love all the kiddos in our lives, but we have decided that our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. Thank you for making arrangements in advance and we understand if this affects your ability to attend.

Question

Dress Code

Answer

Q: What is the dress code? A: We kindly ask that you wear semi-formal or formal attire. Please note that the ceremony will be held outside (weather permitting), so we recommend taking that into account when considering footwear! Q: Is there a theme for the wedding? A: There is not necessarily a "theme," but we would love if people could wear jewel tones/fall colors. The Gallery tab of our website (coming soon!) has a bit of a mood board, if you want more reference for colors and the overall vibe. Q: Is there anything I shouldn't wear? A: We ask that guests please refrain from wearing white, off-white, cream, etc. If you are wearing a dress, please avoid Azazie, if possible- bridesmaids dresses will be purchased there. If you do shop on that website please check in with us at vanallen.williams.2026@gmail.com to make sure you are not purchasing a dress identical to a bridesmaid.

A: Yes, we have reserved a block of rooms at The Hampton Inn in Mount Airy. Question

Itinerary

Answer

Q: What is the schedule for the wedding weekend? A: An itinerary of important events can be found in the Schedule section of our wedding website. Navigate there for more details! Q: Are there recommended activities? A: In our Things To Do section, you’ll find some recommendations based on some of the bride and groom’s hobbies. This is not an exhaustive list and we encourage you to do a deeper dive if you’re planning on staying in the area for a few days!

Question

Menu, Food & Drink

Answer

Q: What is on the menu? A: Cocktail hour will have a charcuterie spread to snack on, dinner will be a buffet-style taco bar. For dessert, we are taking advantage of FarmHouse Siloam’s fire pit to have one of our FAVORITE treats- s’mores! Q: Will there be an open bar? A: We will be providing an partial open bar with a variety of pre-canned alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as a few wines. Q: Are there any dietary restrictions? A: We are aware that a handful of guests have dietary restrictions. We have spoken with our caterer about known restrictions (vegetarian, no pork, gluten) and they will be accommodated in our menu as well as in the serving order for dinner. Please be sure to let us know about any other restrictions in your RSVP!
