what time should i be there? where can i park?
Answer
our ceremony will start at 4:30pm; the venue opens to guests at 4pm, and we ask you please arrive no later than 4:15pm to find a seat. there is on-site parking at Many Springs; however, the road from Polson or Bigfork is a two-lane, mountain road. we strongly recommend the shuttle from Kwa Tuq Nuk Resort!

how strict is the dress code?

we have loved the idea of a white wedding since we got engaged; we ask that you please honor our vision and wear all white linen to our ceremony and reception!

will there be transportation if we don’t rent a car?
Answer
please see the “Transportation” tab on our website. there will be a shuttle from Missoula to Polson & back; please let Sam or Ken know by May 1st if you plan to use it! there will also be shuttles from KwaTaqNuk Resort to Many Springs for the ceremony.

do you have a hotel you recommend?
Answer
we have a block of rooms at KwaTuqNuk Resort in Polson -- just say you're with the Olsson Wedding! if you have any issues, please let Sam or Ken know. there are also alternatives in Bigfork/Whitefish, but the only shuttle to the ceremony will be from KwaTuqNuk. see "Travel" tab on our website for more information!

can I bring a plus one?
Answer
your wedding invitation is addressed to all invited; if it has your name + your guest, then we welcome the two of you! you are welcome to add or subtract this plus one up until the RSVP date. If you have any questions please reach out to Sam or Ken.

are kids coming to the wedding?
Answer
we love your littles, but most of our wedding events are taking place near water and we want everyone to enjoy without worry! our ceremony and reception are kid free. but they are welcome for Friday nights fun!

we do not and feel very strongly that your presence is gift enough. we are blessed, grateful, and excited to celebrate with each of you.
