The James Madison Inn

We have placed hotel blocks for the entire James Madison Inn. This hotel is centrally located in downtown Madison. Breakfast is provided at this accommodation. Transportation to and from the wedding will be provided if you are staying at this hotel. In order to reserve a room through our hotel block, please call 706-342-7040 to get the discounted rate. The rooms will appear to be sold out if you try to book online. If you have already booked a room for the original May dates, the James Madison is able to internally move your reservation to the correct dates. You should receive a new email confirmation from the hotel once this is done. Group block and discounted rate available until March 23rd, 2021.

There is a hotel block at The Holiday Inn Express, which is 4 miles from the wedding venue and downtown Madison. Transportation to and from the wedding will be provided at this hotel. In order to book online, you must enter our group code to access the hotel block. You can also call the hotel directly to book, but make sure to mention our block code.

The Brady Inn Bed & Breakfast

The Brady Inn is a charming bed and breakfast centrally located in downtown Madison. It is 1.7 miles from the wedding venue. Transportation will not be provided at this accommodation, but it is only two short blocks from one of our shuttle stops at the James Madison Inn.

Hotel

The Ritz-Carlton Reynolds, Lake Oconee

We do not have a hotel block at the Ritz Carlton. However, if you are looking for a high-end accommodation on the lake, this is where you will want to be. Please keep in mind that transportation will not be provided from this hotel and guest will need to drive to and from the wedding. This about 35 minutes away from the wedding venue. If you are wanting to arrange private transportation, we recommend contacting Urbana, which is a local transportation company.
