We cannot wait to finally be able to celebrate our marriage with you all on April 24th! We are well aware of concerns surrounding the coronavirus, but our venue and catering staff feel confident that they can host events safely. Luckily, Empire Mills is a very large space, and our headcount will be around 35% of the venue's maximum occupancy. In addition to the indoor spaces, our venue also has two expansive outdoor courtyards for guests to mingle in an open-air setting, if desired. We wanted to make everyone aware of the current measures the venue has in place to minimize risk of exposure to the virus: - All guests and vendors will have temperatures checked at entry - All staff members will be in PPE - Hand sanitizer stations will be available - All food stations will be chef attended, as self-serve is not permitted - High traffic areas will be sanitized continuously - Room layouts have been updated to ensure social distancing - Seating charts will aim to group families together - We will provide masks for anyone who prefers to wear one The climate of the virus and safety guidelines continue to change, and we will make sure to update you all accordingly as we get closer to our RSVP deadline, March 23rd. Your safety is very important to us, so if you do not feel comfortable traveling or attending the wedding due to the virus, we fully support that decision.
