Wedding Day Shuttles
4:45 pm - 5:15 pm

Parking is permit only and very limited at our ceremony site. In order to make the wedding day easier for everyone, we have scheduled two minibus shuttles to pick up wedding guests from Hotel Boulderado and transport the guests up Flagstaff Mountain to the ceremony site at Sunrise Amphitheater. The shuttle will begin loading at 4:45pm and will promptly depart at 5:15pm. After the ceremony, the shuttle will then transport guests down to our reception site at Riverside Agora for live music and cocktail hour. If you do not plan to use the shuttle, please plan in advance by scheduling an Uber or Lyft ride up to the ceremony mountain site.
Wedding Ceremony

The wedding ceremony will be held at an outdoor amphitheater on top of Flagstaff mountain! Transportation will be provided. Expect temperatures to be in the 70s-80s. Cross your fingers for no rain!

Cocktail hour with live string band from ~7:00pm to 8:00pm. Dinner and an open bar will be provided at the reception. Get ready for a night filled with drinks, dancing, and tomfoolery!
