Will there be a shuttle bus from the hotel to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! From the Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn downtown Owensboro.

Do I need to be vaccinated to attend the wedding?

Answer

YES! Kendall and Aaron kindly request all guests be vaccinated. There will be immunocompromised and elderly people in attendance and we will do everything we can to ensure their safety. This begins with everyone being vaccinated. If you are not vaccinated, we kindly ask you do not attend.

What will the weather be like in July?

Answer

Hot and humid! But, the wedding will take place in a church. Kendall has requested for the aircon to be cranked up. However, the reception will mostly be outside.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. Ladies, dresses and fellas, suits or sports coats, please!

Will there be parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes--there is plenty of parking at both the church and the reception venue. However, if you will be consuming alcohol at the reception, we kindly ask that you do not drive. There will be a free shuttle from the hotels to the church, reception and back to the hotels.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Kendall and Aaron love having kids around! Please use your best judgment as parents.

Are the venues wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, both venues have wheelchair access. There will also be a golf cart to transport people from the parking lot to the reception venue. It is about a 100-200 meter walk.

Answer

Please enjoy being present at the ceremony and reception. If you would like to post on social media, please use the hashtag #meetthemayberrys so we can see all the photos you have taken!
