As much as we believe the more the merrier, this wedding does have a budget and the venue does have capacity requirements! When you go to RSVP on the RSVP tab, it will indicate how many spots we have reserved for you and for up to how many you can RSVP. Feel free to contact us if you think our guest count for you is in error!
We LOVE your kiddos - Auntie K and Uncle Sean are truly our very favorite titles in life so far. With that said, we have a lovely adult evening planned so we have made the decision to strictly limit the children invited to our blood related nieces and nephews.
We very strongly encourage that our guests stay up to date with their COVID vaccination per their healthcare providers' guidance. Mountain Shadows has assured us that they are taking all the necessary precautions to keep us all safe and we are blessed to be able to have the evening almost entirely outdoors in open air. At this time, we are not planning to require proof of vaccination or masking, but we will update you of any changes per CDC guidance as we maneuver this ever-changing pandemic situation.
Most of the evening will be held outside! We are counting on a beautiful Arizona spring evening at around 80 degrees (fingers crossed) but the temperature will likely fall somewhere between 70-90 degrees. The requested attire is elevated cocktail/semi-formal - no need for a tux or formal gown (unless that's what you're feeling)! We just want you to feel beautiful and be comfortable and enjoy a wonderful evening!
Mountain Shadows has self-parking available, as well as the option to pay to valet. Those who plan on imbibing should please use car ride services like Uber and Lyft or book the night at Mountain Shadows! Discount codes for the aforementioned can be found on the Travel tab!
All possible measures will be taken to ensure a safe, healthy, and delicious meal for each of our guests! When you RSVP, please indicate any allergies in the space allotted.
Yes, alcoholic drinks will be available. The majority of our guests will be imbibing and we want to have a night that all can enjoy. We have made it clear to Mountain Shadows that we have a mixed bunch as far as drinking is concerned, and every caution is being made to ensure that those who choose to abstain will not be offered alcohol, and that non-alcoholic alternatives are widely and readily available to those guests!
Accessibility has been ensured for all of our guests. There will be signs to indicate where the accessibility pathways can be followed where applicable.
