This is the best airport to fly into as far as affordability. You could also fly into Colorado Springs Airport if you prefer.
Rental Car
If you are flying, you will likely need to rent a car from either airport - the destination is about 2 - 2.5 hours away from each airport. The views on the drive will be worth it! :)

The BW provides a discounted rate of $14.00 per night from Friday, October 6 - Sunday October 8. The price will be $210.99-$225.99 depending on the room and includes complimentary breakfast. BW requires a 2-night minimum stay, and discounted guests cannot hold more than 2 rooms during the stay. These rooms are on a first-come / first-served basis meaning any weddings in the area that weekend may have guests taking those rooms as well. To reserve, call and give them the following info: Sperle/Kiser wedding along with the discount code listed. *There are no elevators, so also specify upon reservation if you need a room on the ground level.*

Shuttle

There will be two 14-passenger shuttles. Please see schedule for pick-up times and locations: 3:15pm pick up at private residence followed by 3:20pm pick up at private residence and drop off at The Barn at Sunset Ranch 3:20pm pick up at the Best Western and drop off at The Barn at Sunset Ranch (X1 shuttle) 3:45pm pick up at Railroad & Main and drop off at The Barn at Sunset Ranch (X2 shuttles) Shuttles will be doing pick-ups from the venue and back to these same locations starting around 10:00pm. If you take the shuttles, please properly clean up after yourselves as there are complimentary beer, seltzers, and waters. Enjoy!
