PIRATE PARTY! Comfortable and Casual is fine as well.

This event is for everyone invited to the wedding! Taking into consideration the vibe of the venue, the personalities of the bride and groom, and the history and aesthetic of Maine, a theme was settled on for this shindig. PIRATES! Ya heard right Mateys! Pirates is the theme! Take this theme as far as you like. Lean in with full cosplay OR ignore it completely. But know that you arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr encouraged to have fun with it if you want. We will start the evening in The Clipper (a ship themed venue) with heavy appetizers, one of two cash-bars, music and a few surprises throughout the evening. Sweet treats will be served around the fire pits between our two spaces. And the second cash-bar will be open in The Quarterdeck, an old-fashioned Candlepin Bowling game room and arcade where kids and adults alike can play the night away.

The "Maine" Event

2:30 pm - 10:30 pm

Maine Rustic Barn Attire. What does that mean!? Think sundresses, maxi dresses, casual cocktail dresses, and jumpsuits. Linen suits, sports coats with slacks, dapper and delightful. Have fun with colors and prints. **Comfortable shoes for grass and hills plus layers for evening.

The 1774 Inn is a beautiful river front historical location. The ceremony will be in a wooded area by the water, the reception on top of a grassy hill with the party/dancing outside and in the barn. Very rustic/boho/Maine vibes. See FAQs for more. **Limited parking at the 1774 Inn, so please take advantage of the Shuttle to and from the event! This will allow you to enjoy the open bar without us confiscating your keys. Pick up/Drop off: Hampton Inn, Bath and Sebasco Harbor Resort. Details to come. **Food: We are doing a multi-station dinner with so much good food...we can't wait!! There will be options for many different dietary restrictions and tastes. If you have allergies or very specific food needs please let us in your RSVP. **Music: Please answer the question about music in the RSVP! We are doing some unique things for the music throughout the day and want your help. These can be songs that you connect with Ken and Heather or just songs you freakin' love! Bring it on!
