Saturday (Ceremony): *Time Zone warning 6:30 am CST: leave for Notre Dame 8:30 am EST: arrive at Notre Dame *Please allow time for a 5 min walk 8:45 am EST: Procession of Bridal Party 9 - 10 am EST: Wedding Mass 10 - 10:30 am EST: Family pictures at Notre Dame 11 am - 5:00 pm CST: free time (relax, explore, sleep, etc.) Saturday (Reception): 5:30 - 6:30 pm: cocktail hour at White Oak Farm Venue 6:30 - 7:30 pm: dinner 8:00 - 10:30 pm: dancing, bar is open 11 pm: party ends 12 am: you don’t have to go home but you can’t stay here 12 am: After party Holiday Inn Express & Suites Michigan City *We only need to pay attention to the time zone shift when travelling between Notre Dame and Michigan City

**Please note that the ceremony is in the Eastern Time Zone but the reception is in the Central Time Zone.** The ceremony is at 9:00am EST, equivalent to 8:00am CST. We understand that some of our guests may find attending the ceremony difficult due to the early start time and extended travel. Please do not feel obligated to attend if these circumstances impose too great a burden.

Semi-Formal: We recommend tuxes for men and gowns for women but suits and cocktail dresses are also welcome.
Please feel free to relax, grab lunch, explore Michigan City's antique shops or wineries, or even take a catnap in the 7 or so hours between the ceremony and reception! The venue, which is only ten minutes away from both hotels, offers plenty of well-lit parking.
