Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Summer Formal Attire. This includes long dresses, or suits with button down shirts (tie optional). Please keep warm weather in mind and opt for breathable materials and lighter fabrics. If you want to dress up even more, then go right ahead! Whether it has sequins, feathers, sparkles, bright colors, crazy patterns, lace, ruffles- you name it- please feel welcome to wear it.

Did you book any hotel blocks?

Answer

No, we are not booking hotel blocks. But should you need a place to stay, you can find a list of nearby hotels under the "Lodging" tab in the navigation bar.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be outdoors, but in the event of bad weather there is a covered pavilion we can utilize. The reception will be indoors.

What time should I get to the venue?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue no later than 4:15pm to be seated. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is parking at the venue, including handicapped parking. In the event you wish to have a taxi or uber to/from the venue, they service the area. You may also leave your vehicle overnight at the venue if needed for safety reasons.

I have dietary restrictions. How do I let you know?

Answer

Please reach out to the bride or the groom about any dietary restrictions so we can be sure to accommodate you. Our contact information is at the top of the page if it is needed. You will also have an opportunity to enter this information on your RSVP.

Will there be alcoholic drinks?

Answer

Alcoholic drinks will be available after the ceremony at the limited open bar. Guests may be required to show photo ID when ordering. A tip jar will be available for the bartenders. Non-alcoholic drinks will also be available to serve.

What's the timeline of events?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. Reception to follow with drinks, dinner, and dancing until 10:30pm. At the end of the night we will be doing a releasing line, instead of a sendoff, to say thank you and goodnight to our guests as they leave.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be unplugged. We kindly ask that you be fully present with us in this moment, and turn off and put away your cellphones and cameras during the ceremony. Please leave the ceremony photography to the wonderful professional photographer we have hired.

Will there be a virtual wedding celebration?

Answer

For those that are unable to attend in person, but still wish to be a part of this important moment of our lives, we will have a virtual stream of the ceremony. The stream will be available on Facebook at the following link: https://fb.me/313cec2pj3zVLwG

Do you have a registry?

Answer

We believe your presence is presents enough! But if you would like to assist us in affording our honeymoon trip to Japan, building a fund for home projects, or updating old items, you can find options to help out under the "Registry" tab in the navigation menu! A wedding card box will be at our reception. Thank you for your gift!
