Delta Hotel- Room Blocks

Delta Hotels by Marriott Allentown Lehigh Valley: A block of rooms has been reserved for our guests at a discounted rate at this hotel ONLY. We are recommending our guests stay here as it is the only hotel that we will be offering busing/shuttling to and from the wedding venue for Delta hotel guests. There will also be free parking at the venue and hotel, if you prefer to drive. We strongly encourage guests to utilize either the bus schedule through our venue that will pick up at the Delta Hotel only or the shuttle service through the Delta hotel if they plan to drink and do not want to spend money on a ride-share app. We love you all and want you all to make it to bed safely! We ask that you kindly reserve your room sooner, rather than later, as there are many events in the Valley in September 2025 that could cause the hotel to book up. We want to be sure all of our guests are able to be comfortably accommodated. The latest they are accepting reservations with this discount link is August 12, but please consider booking sooner because once rooms sell out there is nothing we can do. Thank you!

The shuttle service to/from The Barn at Walnut Grove and Delta Hotel by Marriott Allentown Lehigh Valley will run from 12pm to 6pm on September 13, 2025. To schedule/call for a pickup, or ask for information on shuttle hours on alternative days please call: (610) 391-1000.

Venue Bus Info

September 13, 2025 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm

The venue (The Barn at Walnut Grove) will make one trip with their bus to pick up guests from the Delta Hotel by Marriott. They will arrive at 3pm to the Delta, depart no later than 3:15pm to arrive back at The Barn at Walnut Grove by 3:30pm to begin transporting guests up to the hill for the ceremony. For those driving to the venue themselves, they will need to arrive by 3:15 to be transported up to the ceremony site. After the reception, there will be a bus available through the venue to transport guests back to the Delta Hotel by Marriott at 10:15pm. Unfortunately, these buses are the only form of transportation we are providing after 6pm, since the hotel shuttles will no longer be available after 6pm. The buses provided are large enough for all guests who wish to stay at the hotel, however, if you plan to leave earlier than the times scheduled for the buses, and you plan to drink, please consider using a ride share app. Thank you!

Additional Hotel Options

Below we have listed additional hotel options for our guests who would like an alternative to the Delta by Marriott (however, the Delta by Marriott will be the only hotel we have a room block and shuttle/bus in effect). Unfortunately, the below hotels will not provide transportation to/from the wedding venue, so guests will need to either drive (there is free parking at the wedding venue) or utilize a ride-share app. Please consider staying at our primary hotel (Delta by Marriott), that provides a shuttle (and our venue will be busing guests back to post-reception), if you plan to drink and would prefer not to pay for a ride-share app. We love you all and want to make sure you are safe!
