FAQs

The Wedding Website of Kelsie Glinski-Boyd and Ron Heinkel
Question

What time should I arrive to the venue?

Answer

Our ceremony will start promptly at 4:30PM, however we strongly encourage everyone to arrive 15-30 minutes early to mingle and ensure we can start promptly!

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception are adult-only. Kick your shoes off and enjoy a relaxing kid-free evening with us!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding will be "Coastal Formal". Also known as “Beach Formal” or “Beach Elegant,” think airy fabrics with a festive, elevated twist. Ladies - colorful & printed midi or full length dresses are perfect. A reminder that both our ceremony and reception are outdoors so, please consider block heels over stilettos! Guys - linen, seersucker, colored, or classic suits are right on track. Sunglasses are encouraged for all!

Question

Will there be transportation provided to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes! We would love for you to really enjoy the event and not worry about driving. Transportation will pick guests up from the Hampton Inn & Suites at 4PM and return there once the wedding is over at 10PM.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! We encourage everyone staying in Bradenton to take advantage of the transportation provided. However, if you would like to have more flexibility or are not staying in Bradenton, there is a parking lot located at the First United Methodist Church across the street. All cars from guests attending the wedding are not allowed to stay overnight.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are both outdoors. The ceremony will be on the waterfront side of the bed and breakfast and the reception will be on a terrace in the back of the property. In the case of inclement weather, a tent will be set up.
