There are no cars on Mackinac Island. The ferry will bring you from Mackinaw City to Mackinac Island and the location of the ceremony is about 0.7 miles from the ferry dock. There is a shuttle service available that goes to and from Mission Point every hour for $9 a person (cash only). There is a paved road from the ferry until you reach the gazebo if you choose to walk. Please keep in mind the grass may be soft.
