Wedding Ceremony and Reception

Our wedding theme is fun, funky, fall! Formal attire and fall colors encouraged! The property has some uneven ground and a big lawn, so we suggest avoiding stilleto heels.

Getting to the Venue All guests must take a shuttle to and from the venue. No personal cars or rideshares will be allowed on the property. Shuttle Details West Activity Center Guests may leave personal cars in the West Activity parking lot for the evening. Departing times: Shuttle #1 - 1:55 pm board, 2 pm depart Shuttle #2 - 2:05 pm board, 2:10 depart Shuttle #3 - 2:20 pm board, 2:25 pm depart Shuttle #4 - 2:30 pm board, 2:35 pm depart Return shuttles: Begin at 9pm and continue until 10:30pm Address: 6470 Meadowridge Dr, Santa Rosa, CA 95409 A Quick Note Shuttles may run a few minutes early or late depending on loading and traffic. Since one shuttle will be rotating between locations, guests may need to wait briefly at times. We kindly ask that everyone boards promptly when it’s their turn so the driver can stay on schedule and get all guests back to their vehicles in a timely manner.
